Phase One (3 Months)

Growth Framework

 Across the first three months, you'll implement the Founder-Aligned Growth Framework to scale your business sustainably, spaciously, and profitably. Each week, you'll receive live mentoring and dedicated training videos to guide you through scaling your sales, profitability, marketing, mindset, client lifecycle, and team. You'll learn how to apply these insights directly to your business (and life), ensuring actionable steps and real progress.

Phase Two (3 Months) optional*

Growth Mentoring

With the framework in place, you'll have a clear, solid foundation to scale your brand with clarity and confidence. You’ll then have the option to join Pru for ongoing mentoring - focused on implementation, clearing roadblocks, and navigating your biggest growth challenges. This provides the accountability and ongoing support you'll need to make big changes.

With more than 15 years experience in business strategy, psychology, and leadership development, she has helped over 15,000 founders launch, leverage, and lead their businesses.

She's the founder of Owners Collective (B Corp), a dedicated community and education hub for purpose-led entrepreneurs, as well as the host of the One Wild Ride podcast and magazine.
